40 Weeks and Then Some...

So today is my due date. I think we can all figure that I am definately not in labor while typing this and know that he is late. Fortunately we had a doctor's appointment this morning and got to be checked out to see what the hold up is. Apparently this little man is quite cozy where he is and in no rush to come and greet the world. I guess I can't blame him on that one! :) Thankfully our doctor being the kind woman that she is saw my frustration and heartbreak at not having my little one on his way that she has decided that we can induce!!! YIPPIE!!! So unless he comes earlier than next Thursday we will be inducing Thursday the 18th at 8pm! OH HAPPY DAY!!! I am so excited to meet this little guy and apparently Daddy is too! Frank and I have tried talking him out...so has his Vive, Grandma Whitney, Rachel and Dakota, Lisa Marie, Becky, Steffie, and so many others!! He has so many people who love him and can't wait to meet him.

Before I don't have a second to myself and can't write this to my dear sweet little boy...I love you!!! I love you so much already that I can't even imagine how it will be when you get here!!! From the second we took the test to now! I am in a hurry to get you out so we can hold you and kiss you, but I will miss feeling you grow in my belly. I will really miss you and Daddy playing games of poke mommy in the morning and feeling your little kicks. I will miss listen to Puccini and Stevie Wonder feeling you dancing around. Not to mention Daddy reading "Stick and Rudder" to you to get you to move for mommy. We love you little Dashtu...see you on Thursday!
